Bug Description
With recent OpenSSH clients, logcheck reports "Disconnected by user" log messages; the rules need to be updated.
Impact: installs with logcheck get spurious emails (every time a recent client connects) and this is only going to get worse.
Bug was addressed by adding a RE for the new message.
TEST CASE:
Install logcheck, connect from e.g. a lucid install, wait for logcheck's cron to run, see whether you get an email.
Regression potential: People with local changes need to merge conffiles.
THIS SRU REQUEST IS BEING TRACKED IN MAIN BUG #463471.
