Bug Description

logcheck reports dhclient logs when renewing DHCP leases as recent dhclients include the IP address in logs

Impact: installs with logcheck get spurious emails defeating the purpose of logcheck (every time the lease is renewed, so e.g. every 24 hours).

Bug was addressed by updating the RE to allow for an optional IP address in logs.

TEST CASE:
Install logcheck, wait for a DHCP lease renewal in your syslog, wait for logcheck's cron to run, see whether you get an email.

Regression potential: People with local changes need to merge conffiles.

This was fixed in logcheck 1.3.6ubutnu1, merging logcheck 1.3.6 from Debian with the fix.
