Mythbuntu "Watch Recordings" screen doesnt highlight correctly

Bug Description

The box on the left of the Watch Recordings menu isnt highlighting the active entry. Looking into it, it seems we are requesting fonts that dont exist (small and smallgrey). I found other issues in the Video Manager menu, where details were not in yellow.

The attached patch changes fixes these issues for me. I may have converted too much, or missed a few.
