Bug Description

sblim-sfcb appears to install an /etc/pam.d/sfcb file provided by upstream that calls pam_unix. This is not the right thing to do; sfcb should include the common-* profiles the way other services do on Ubuntu systems, or else not ship a PAM config at all and allow a fallback to /etc/pam.d/other.

  * debian/sfcb.install: Do not install incorrect PAM configuration anymore,
    let SFCB fallback on /etc/pam.d/other (LP: #262455)
  * debian/sfcb.init: Fix status action so that it doesn't always report SFCB
    as started (LP: #262635)
  * debian/control: added dep on lsb-base to be able to use status_of_proc
