package ecryptfs-utils (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed pre-removal script returned error exit status 1 (i removed the program with guide in ask ubuntu, why it wants to update it?)

the second is for the line: "$ chmod 700 ~/Private" that worked instead of the command in the first guide.
