Bug Description
Did fail using most of the internet-related features of banshee because banshee did try to use the proxy (Null) and failed there. The reason for this failure was that I had used a proxy wees ago and reverting to "direct internet connection" did not revert the key /system/

thank you for your bug report, it's somewhat a bug in the player which should stop using gconf, gsettings is where the config is written nowadays, g-s-d has code to update the old gconf database for legacy application but it seems you hit a bug there
