(oneiric) missing reply icon

A little more debugging info:
- when the incoming message was to a list, both the "reply" and "reply to list" icons appear appropriately.
- when there are multiple recipients, but the "reply" and "reply all" icons appear appropriately.
- but when the message is only to me, there is no icon (as in the attachment)

Do you have any other extensions installed by any chance? Running "apport-collect 844606" will answer that quite quickly.

Ah, never mind. I confirm this now, but I never noticed it before as the buttons have text in them by default. This might have broken with the theme refresh
