Bug Description

Today's xorg update to depend on xdiagnose forces distros like Kubuntu to install gtk3.

Suggested changes:
1. Revert the dependency on xdiagnose
2. Port xdiagnose to qt before replacing the dependency

  * debian/control: Move xdiagnose dependency to ubuntu-desktop.
    xdiagnose has a gtk dependency, which would pull in gtk3 to kubuntu.

I've done option #1, and moved the dependency to ubuntu-desktop.

No plans for #2 at this time. Guessing kubuntu doesn't care if they have xdiagnose or not... I don't think they do anything with X bugs.
