It is no longer maintained - Texlive replaces it.

We still use it as the main tex package.

lgrind (3.67-2ubuntu1) gutsy; urgency=low

  * debian/control: recommend & b-d on texlive-latex-base instead of tetex-bin.
     (LP: #75363).
  * Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField specification.
