Please merge netkit-tftp 0.17-18 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Has this bug been forwarded to Debian, please ensure that it has, and if so link it back to the original one (LP: #105863)

Can you update the changelog to mention not only the remaining changes, but also the dropped changes. This is a good practice and it helps the sponsor to evaluate the merge.

Interesting, I seem to remember the reporter indicating that it occurred in other distros. Anyway, looks good to me.
