"Reinstall Previous Purchases" apparently does nothing if "Get Software" is collapsed

Bug Description

Binary package hint: software-center

software-center 2.1.22.3, ubuntu-sso-client 1.0.1-0ubuntu1, Ubuntu Maverick

1. Launch Ubuntu Software Center.
2. Collapse "Get Software" in the navigation pane.
3. Choose "File" > "Reinstall Previous Purchases".
4. Sign in.

What happens: The main pane blinks for a moment, and nothing else happens.
What should happen: The "Previous Purchases" screen appears.

The bug does not occur if "Get Software" was expanded.

Fixing bug 628404 would fix this bug automatically.
