Bug Description

I am using locale cs_CZ (with charset ISO-8859-2).
After starting byobu, all accented characters are replaced by '?'.

This problem is not observed when using screen or when an UTF-8 locale is used.

Hi there!

Can you try this:

echo "defutf8 off" >> ~/.screenrc

And then start byobu?

Does that fix the problem for you?
