SRU Justification

Impact: The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream by originating either directly from Linus' tree or in a minimally backported form of that patch. The 2.6.32.16 upstream stable patch set is now available. It should be included in the Ubuntu kernel as well.

The following commits have been replaced by upstream stable patches, and have been reverted:

* PCI quirk: Disable MSI on VIA K8T890 systems
* PCI quirks: disable msi on AMD rs4xx internal gfx bridges
* UBUNTU: SAUCE: tulip: Let dmfe handle davicom on non-sparc (requires new config option to be set)
This patch was refactored to use a new configuration option so we need to make sure we set it correctly
* Attempt #2 to handle null nameidata
* tipc: Fix oops on send prior to entering networked mode (v3)
* (pre-stable) Input: psmouse - reset all types of mice before reconnecting
* jbd: jbd-debug and jbd2-debug should be writable

The new configuration option for the patch:

* UBUNTU: SAUCE: tulip: Let dmfe handle davicom on non-sparc

is correctly automatically set by a combination of automatically set symbols for
the architecture and driver inclusion, and there are no configuration changes required.
