Mounter docklet fills gconf with hueshift keys

Bug Description
The Mounter items inherit from ColoredDockItem and creates for every mounted device a new hueshift-gconf-key which isn't even used.

Rev 1565 partially fixes this, by giving a better (stable) unique id.
The question is do we want them to be colorable? If so it has to have a stable id! My fix allows this for anything with a Root. I don't really know what mounts dont have a Root, but those will still fail to hold their colors.
