openjdk-6 update for lucid, fixing several plugin issues

the changes are found in maverick in 6b18-1.8-2ubuntu3

Matthias, please add at least a test case which can be used by the SRU verification team to check that the problems have been fixed.

Tested the icedtea6-plugin on i386 using:
- about:plugins : PASS
- http://www.w3.org/People/mimasa/test/object/java/clock : PASS
- http://www.java.com/de/download/help/testvm.xml : PASS
- http://www.gnu.org/software/classpath/ : PASS
- http://www.javatester.org/enabled.html : FAIL (doesn't work, but it didn't with lucid release either so not a regression)

Steve Beattie found some regressions in the TCK with 6b18, not seen in 6b20 anymore. Now looking how to address these in 6b18.
