Bug Description

We're seeing some issues on our testing environment (Hudson) which caused the tests to get out of sync. This patch seems to fix it. This bug is mostly to track whether it shoudl, and if it should the progress of, backporting it to Lucid.

The version is running fine for me, but since this is lacking a test case, it's hard to check what we are looking for.

I have had applied this update on a couple Lucid systems and of course it is in maverick, and haven't seen any issues. It is hard to really test, but the lack of regressions I think makes this work pushing to lucid-updates.
