Bug Description
Similar to bugs #389129 and #368937 but with / (forward-slash) and \ (back-slash) keys.
So, after choosing / as the escape key, Ctrl-/ works fine as the screen escape sequence, but the function keys F5 and F8 no longer work.
~/.byobu/
source /usr/share/
escape ^//
register r "^a:source $HOME/.
register t "^aA^aa^k^h" # | Goes with the F8 definition
register d "^a:source /usr/share/
register r "^a:source $HOME/.
register e "^a:source /usr/share/
Maybe Ctrl-/ or Ctrl-\ are not the best choice, or not possible? If so they should not be allowed as an option similar to when I tried Ctrl-0 (Ctrl-zero).
