New upstream release 0.3.90

I plan to upload 0.3.90, which fix support on non-english system and FTBFS with current vala on Lucid.

libdesktop-agnostic (0.3.9-0ubuntu1) lucid; urgency=low

  * New upstream release. (LP: #565340)
   - Fix support on non-english system.
   - Ship generated .c files to avoid breakage with new Vala versions.
  * debian/patches/01-awn-fixes.patch: Merged usptream.

debdiff will not be very accurated, as it will include all .c generated files.

The difference between the version in Lucid is only bug fixes :
