xulrunner-1.9.1 is hopefully being dropped from Lucid before release, so this needs to be ported.

This still needs to be tested but is the initial debdiff for couchdb port.

Milestoning beta 1. This is the only thing pulling xulrunner-1.9.1 on to the CD
