Bug Description

Binary package hint: packagekit

The distro upgrade script is incorrect in karmic. It passes the wrong arguments to do-release-upgrade and it does not use the nice GUI script provided up update-manager-kde.

This should be fixed because it is used by KPackageKit in Kubuntu

Yes this works for Kubuntu, upgrade gave an error on a fresh install. Installing packagekit from karmic-proposed stops that errors and allows for a successful upgrade.
