Bug Description

euca-bundle-image has problems if file path contains a name of the disk

$euca-bundle-image -i /tmp/euca-register-disk.C28919/disk --destination /tmp/euca-register-disk.C28919
Checking image
Tarring image
tar: /tmp/euca-register-.C28919: Cannot chdir: No such file or directory
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

This is a result of broken implementation of get_file_path() function. See patch for details.
