Bug Description
Binary package hint: rootstock
At least on Karmic, /etc/securetty is not updated on the final image to make sure that the serial port specified is listed there. Since ttyS{0-3} are listed there, most systems with regular serial ports won't see this problem.
Just a minor inconvenience, but I figured I would file a bug on it.

/etc/securetty is sadly a conffile so its not easily changed, can you name the tty devices you would like to see added to /etc/securetty ? if there are any missing they have to go into the login package and i will happily add them.
