libkarma-cil's .pc file contains a blank Version field

libdir=${prefix}/lib
includedir=${prefix}/include
Libraries=${prefix}/lib/karma-sharp/karma-sharp.dll

Name: karma-sharp
Description: karma-sharp - Library for interfacing with Rio Karma devices
Version:
Libs: -r:${Libraries}

This causes issues when applications like Banshee issue a
PKG_CHECK_MODULES([karma-sharp >= <VERSION>]).

As a result of this, Banshee has not had Karma support since before 1.4.3. I'll
attach a debdiff for this shortly.
