[karmic] gnome-bluetooth applet menu does not have "Turn Off Bluetooth" as described in help and needed.

Binary package hint: gnome-bluetooth
Now bluetooth-
It described that the bluetooth applet's menu, that you get when clicking on the applet, will have a "Turn Off Bluetooth" option.
But there isn't one. Nor is there the shaded menu item showing whether it's on already.

This is a problem with the permissions of /dev/rfkill. I changed it to 666 and it works now.
