  * Drop quilt support.
  * debian/control: remove libhal-dev from Build-Depends field.
  * debian/control: add libgdu-dev to Build-Depends field.
  * Remove debian/patches/fix_vala_compatibility.diff patch, merged upstream.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.3.
