exception request; addition of the image store client interface

Bug Description

We have added the UEC image store client interface and theme, with requisite build options, to Eucalyptus. We would like to request an updated package be created based on the newest code available (which includes the image store integration, UEC theme (and 'standard' Eucalyptus theme, configurable at build time) and several bug fixes). The new interface appears as an extra tab in the admin web UI, leaving the other UI tabs and interfaces unchanged.

We have tested the source build and deploy on up-to-date Karmic systems, and do not anticipate build/packaging problems, nor does this change effect any Eucalyptus API elements that other tools may be using.

  * Add axis2 "repository" for Eucalyptus. This is the only way to use a
