Bug Description
Currently LP has a uses a date-picker in various places that needs to be replaced.
There is currently no (visible) development started on a YUI3 date-picker, so an intermediate solution is required until a YUI3 picker is available.
YUI2 - single minified combo-files for js and css comes in at around 112kb
jQuery - single minified combo-files for js and css, as well as images comes in at around 172kb.
Mootools - I wasn't able to find a semi-standard date-picker (there are lots of different ones all over the place).
So for the time being, we may replace the current date-picker with the YUI2 one.
