TEST CASE: install french (or german or whatever) language pack and set KDE to that language. Install new kpackagekit .deb and start "kpackagekit" and "system settings" -> "Add /Remove Software" and check that it's translated.

With the new -proposed version the translations that exists are now showing (as the package is still in playground; the translational status is rather limited). Using German I was able to find a few translated buttons.
