Bug Description
Make it possible to refresh the tasks table on the bug page without reloading the page, so that we can update it to reflect changes to the bug that are executed inline.

This is long fixed, I think. Changes from one upstream project to another, changes to the status, importance, assignee, and (I think) milestone, and removing a project altogether, are all updated without reloading the entire page.
Adding a new project, and changing a project to a package or vice versa, are not updated inline -- but only because the forms for those things aren't properly embedded into the table (bug 399756).
