Bug Description
After bug #344101 has landed, we should attempt to remove noise from the bug activity log. This was introduced when we started monitoring every attribute of bugs and bugtasks for changes, which itself was a (rough?) fix to make sure the activity log was being populated for changes originating from the webservices API.
