BugActivity should only record the items that are actually interesting and worth recording

Bug Description
At the moment all the fields on a bug or a bug task are checked when we're trying to work out what to record in BugActivity. This means that we record a lot of things that we don't actually want to care about (like bugtargetname, for example).
We should alter the subscribers that handle BugActivity creation so that they only care about those fields in which we're actually interested.
