Bug Description

Binary package hint: hal-info

Very similar to a series of other bug reports about Nokia phones, the Nokia E66 is not recognized as a 3g modem in Intrepid Ibex.

However adding "0xb0" to line 347 of /usr/share/hal/fdi/information/10freedesktop/10-modem.fdi
fixes the problem.

The line then looks like this:
<match <email address hidden>:usb.product_id" int_outof="0x4f9;0x64;0x2f;0xab;0x418;0x4f0;0x4ce;0x43a;0x44d;0x42;0x72;0x70;0x3a;0xb0">

and the relevant line from lsusb when the phone is connected in "PC Suite" mode is:

Bus 003 Device 012: ID 0421:00b0 Nokia Mobile Phones
