Hi,
When trying to install bulmages-common in Intrepid, I'm getting the following error:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
bulmages-common: Depends: kpdf but it is not installable
E: Broken packages
Impact of the bug: 6 packages depends on this package (obtained by rdepends):
bulmatpv
bulmages-servers
bulmages-admin
bulmages
bulmafact
bulmacont
so it's not possible to install this applications.
Fix: This package provide a pdf generator for bulamges, so it requires a pdf viewer. In Intrepid, kpdf has been substituted by okular, so we have to change the dependency of this package to okular.
TEST CASE: install bulmages-common with sudo apt-get install bulmages-common
Risk of regression: non as this package is not installable in the actual state.

Your debdiff looks good but in the changelog you should use 0.11.1-2ubuntu0.1 as version intrepid-proposed as distribution (because this is a SRU).
Also instead of "Closes Bug #291397" you should use "Closes LP: #291397", with this change the bug will be closed automatically.
