Bug Description

Binary package hint: fast-user-switch-applet

Version: fast-user-switch-applet 2.24.0-0ubuntu2 (Intrepid beta 2)

When gconf variable /desktop/gnome/lockdown/disable_lock_screen is "true", FUSA still displays the "Lock screen" choice in its menu.

(However it does not work : the screen cannot be locked... but if the choice was not here, this will be clearer)

Thanks.

Confirmed in intrepid beta

Reproduce steps:
1) Try and lock the screen, see that works.
2) open gconf-editor, check the box in /desktop/gnome/lockdown/disable_lock_screen
3) Try lock the screen, it doesn't work.
4) if you change it back, it works again

Yep.
However, for me, the real issue is the presence of "lock screen" in the FUSA menu after the step 2.
Thanks
