Bug activity log should be interleaved with comments

Bug Description

When you're selecting some bug in LaunchPad, you're presented bug information, current state + list of comments.

In my opinition it would be great if there is also bug state changes will appear in this view as well as indication of who did which state transition. Just intermixed in "timeline" fashion with comments. Usually state transition leads to comments anyway so why info about state transitions over time should be missing in main bug view, then?

Now I have to switch into separate activity view just to figure out who did which state change and why. As for me, that's not looks too friendly or too comfortable to digg over detailed differences just to see who did which state transition and when this happened.

Altered title (this is something which has already been discussed; for some reason we didn't have a bug for it though, so thanks for filing one) and updated tags (for help with tagging Launchpad bugs please see http://help.launchpad.net/TaggingLaunchpadBugs).

As for tags, I have to admit that such tags usage is very far from being intuitive and evident. Probably, this link should be nailed somewhere near tag field. Or maybe it is already, but I did not figured it out. Then, It is pretty interesting how many people actually figures out proper tags usage :). Maybe there should be a drop-down list for approved tags, then?

Hmm, such bug even already exists for ages :) Looks like I got one good idea, that's probably for brainstorm site...
