Update gnome-shell to 44.1

Accepted gnome-shell into lunar-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/44.1-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Hmm... unfortunately upgrading (both gnome-shell and mutter) to 44.1 did not fix the main annoying bug for me where clicking titlebar doesn't raise the window anymore (on X at least) - #2013216.

so I am going to revert to 44.0 and this should probably wait until that is fixed (I think it might require a new GTK to be released too?)

Mike, thank you for your comment. We are now tracking the black rectangle issue at LP: #2020674

I successfully completed all 3 test cases with gnome-shell 44.1-0ubuntu1 on Ubuntu 23.04.

One GNOME Shell extension, workrave, does not work but it also does not work with the original gnome-shell (44.0-2ubuntu3) for Ubuntu 23.04. I suspect this was broken between 44 Beta (where it did work) and 44 RC where the upstream developers removed more GTK3 code. I will be reporting that issue separately in Launchpad, but it needs to be fixed on the workrave side and it is not a regresssion caused by this update.

I believe we fixed Mike's black bar issue with the gtk4 update which has already landed in lunar-updates and been fully phased. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2020674
