SRU: update gcc-9 (PR105162) and gcc-10 to the final 10.5.0 release

gcc-9 is at 9.5.0 and gcc-10 is at 10.4.0 on jammy updates. It seems only pending item would be to back both for Focal.

Just checking if there's an update on this topic.

It looks like the gcc-10 task is only visible on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gcc-10/+bug/2019465 for focal, not here.

After autopkg test retries, there are no more autopkg test failures for jammy, kinetic and lunar. Test rebuilds were already done before the acceptance to the proposed pockets.

The verification of the Stable Release Update for gcc-10-cross has completed successfully and the package is now being released to -updates. Subsequently, the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team is being unsubscribed and will not receive messages about this bug report. In the event that you encounter a regression using the package from -updates please report a new bug using ubuntu-bug and tag the bug report regression-update so we can easily find any regressions.

@Matthias Klose I see that gcc 10.5 made it into updates in the last couple days. It's unclear to me based on affected release status if the gcc-9 PR cherry pick is planned for SRU. Could you share the plans around this?

the gcc-9 packages were tested in a test rebuild. no autopkg test failures triggered with these new versions.
