Bug Description
Reported for update-manager 1:21.04.8, but this applies to many earlier versions.
The update-manager deb package changelog file contains this non-conformant date:
Thu, 24 April 2014 14:58:38 +0200
It should be changed to:
Thu, 24 Ap 2014 14:58:38 +0200
The date prevents the correct parsing of the file. For example, aptitude-
