nvidia-graphics-drivers-435 435.21-0ubuntu0.18.04.2 ADT test failure with 5.4 kernels in Bionic

Accepted nvidia-graphics-drivers-435 into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers-435/435.21-0ubuntu0.18.04.3 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation on how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug, mentioning the version of the package you tested, what testing has been performed on the package and change the tag from verification-needed-bionic to verification-done-bionic. If it does not fix the bug for you, please add a comment stating that, and change the tag to verification-failed-bionic. As I don't have a desktop with Bionic at the moment to test it, I'm not going to change the verification status.

Tested 435.21-0ubuntu0.18.04.3 on bionic with the following 3 nvidia cards on different platforms, GPU fallen off bus is observed during the testings.

The GPU falling off bus, in this case, looks like something that is hardware specific, not necessarily related to the change in this SRU.

I don't think this should block the SRU.

This bug was fixed in the package nvidia-graphics-drivers-435 - 435.21-0ubuntu0.18.04.3
