Remaining Ubuntu changes:
* DebianMaintaine
* Mention that the kvm-source package is unneeded on Ubuntu
* Add epoch
Since the Ubuntu package had a higher version number (due to the epoch) than the Debian source, I've had to merge it manually. Compared to the kvm-16ubuntu2 package, the dropped differences are:
* Removed if'd out code from debian/rules
* Dropped dh_installudev from debian/rules. See Debian bug #414331

Erm. The patch looks clean, compiles successfully, and the resulting package works for me, but a new kernel was just uploaded (-7-), and I'm concerned enough about the reversion of 18-1ubuntu1 in feisty that I think the package should be retested against the new kernel before being uploaded.
