I have been a Linux user for quite a while now (early 1990s) but I am excited by how Ubuntu Linux is coming around nicely as a good end-user distribution. I would like to see it on more desktops here in the Philippines.

I was involved in upstream (Debian) Tagalog translation work for d-i and currently try to help provide direction for translation work for the Ubuntu LoCo Pilipinas.
