PPA description
PingER (Ping End-to-end Reporting) is the name given to the Internet End-to-end Performance Measurement (IEPM) project to monitor end-to-end performance of between Internet hosts. It is led by SLAC and the collaboration has included: FNAL, and ICTP/Trieste.
This is intended as a mostly-internal PPA. However, the PPA and resulting packages are made public on the off chance that what we're doing is useful to others. YMMV, but it works for us.
