Initial Branding for Nightingale

Change the branding of Songbird so we can release an initial version of Nighitngale, this will include text changes from Songbird to Nightingale and POTI to Nightingale. Images changes are required to change from the Songbird logos to Nightingale logos. Finally a new default Feather is required for Nightingale.
