PPA description

ISC DHCP from Ubuntu natty with 3 patches:
- dhcp-4.1.0-option82-omapi.dpatch add support of option 82 to omapi
- dhcp-subclasses-patch2.dpatch add ability to name subclasses (you can do "allow members of "clients" "2:1";")
- dhcp-correct-hw-addr-patch.dpatch fixes not correct hw addr received from omapi

Adding this PPA to your system
