Implament a Commit Method in PySQLQuery for PySQLPool

Add a Commit Method to PySQLQuery Class. This should call the PySQLConnectionManager Commit Method.

Implament a Rollback Method for PySQLPool

Provide a Rollback method to call to Rollback the current transaction. This will exist in PySQLQuery and PySQLConnectionManager. PySQLQuery's method will just be calling PySQLConnectionManager's method.

Remove commitOnEnd param for PySQLPool

Rename CommitOnEnd to something more meaningful. Like transactional connection or not.

Improve the ability to use transactions and transaction less connections.

Segment Connections into 2 types for PySQLPool

Segment Connections into 2 different types. The 2 types would be a transaction based connections and the other would be a transaction less type. Making sure that transaction based connections can only be used by 1 thread at a time.
