Wireless Sensor Network Simulator
Cooja ist part of the Contiki OS, but can emulate different nodes a instruction level: http://www.contiki-os.org/
This is based on the SICS-Repository with some patches to make Cooja run without the Contiki environment.
The patches can be found at http://i4git.cs.fau.de/contiki.git/tree/patches
The packaging can be found at http://i4git.cs.fau.de/contiki.git/tree/cooja-package
