Precise compiz scale fix
PPA description
compiz: allows scale window picker to pick from all workspaces
sets defaults to super+w to pick all from current workspace
shift+alt+up to pick all windows from all workspaces

Before upgrading may wish to read this comment in above bug report concerning what *may* happen first time patched compiz is used to pull all windows

The latest build is in response to compiz in precise-proposed which reverted some performance enhancements
I don't like the change so this latest build will Not include the revert
