xserver-nobackfill
PPA description
This PPA contains a variant of the xserver with background initialization disabled, compiled for karmic and lucid. For more information, check https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat/+archive/xserver-no-backfill
If a new release of an official package will be uploaded to the main repository, that new version will have higher priority than the packages in this PPA. Please drop me a note in case this happens for karmic since I upgraded all of my systems to Lucid and will probably miss this.
Packages for Lucid are currently in the build queue and to be expected soon. See "PPA statistics" below for a prediction when the packages are supposed to be built.
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:launchpad-weyland/xserver-nobackfill to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:launchpad-weyland/xserver-nobackfill
sudo apt update
