  * --bridge-interface is eth0, not br100
  * set up nova.conf with XXXIPXXX instead of IP
  * start-openstack.sh:
    - grab eth0 ipv4 IP and replace XXXIPXXX in nova.conf
    - if kvm isn't supported, use qemu
  * Refresh home/ubuntu (adds gnome-terminal launcher)
