OpenSSL (IBM mainframe s390x fixes)

PPA description

This is OpenSSL built with disco-proposed's CONFARGS, but with my additions of no-asm[0] and no-afalgeng as well.

These additional parameters remove some hardware crypographic acceleration at the benefit of runtime sanity on IBM mainframe s390x[1] hardware. Without them nearly every unit test will fail with a SIGILL.

Adding this PPA to your system
